Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Manager to keep our high-performing real estate team running at full speed.
This role is the engine behind the scenes — managing daily operations, supporting our agents so they can focus on clients and closings, and keeping transactions moving from contract to close without a hitch.
What you'll do:
- Keep daily operations organized and on track
- Support agents with admin, scheduling, and follow-through
- Manage transaction coordination from open to close
- Solve problems before they become issues
$70,000 - $80,000 plus Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up on all transactions and deadlines
- Oversee and maintain communication with clients, team members, and a virtual assistant to facilitate smooth workflow, efficient task management and accountability
- Support the team by preparing, reviewing, and submitting offers in a timely and accurate manner using MLS, Car Forms, and CRM
- Open doors for inspectors, photographers, appraisers, or contractors
- Ensuring the Team Leader is on track with all responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct property inspections with the required documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools (e.g., CRM, transaction management platforms, MLS knowledge)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to shifting priorities
- Knowledge of real estate processes, including offers, marketing, and transaction coordination, is a plus
- Real Estate License is a huge plus
- Must have experience in the Real Estate world
