SUMMARY

The Parts Advisor is responsible for selling parts and accessories to service technicians and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Handle telephone orders efficiently.
• Prepare parts counter sales ticket thoroughly.
• Cost parts on repair orders.
• Assist in receiving parts in shipping area.
• Carefully check invoices against orders and stock shelves promptly.
• Help maintain parts storage in orderly condition.
• Inform technicians and customers when special order parts arrive.

Be able to carry more than 5 lbs.

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Be able to work independently or in a team environment

· Must be 21 years old or older

· Must have a Valid Texas Driver’s License

· Must be able to pass a drug screening test.

· Must be able to pass a background screening check.
