Role Summary

The Field Sales Representative focuses on cannabinoid products while playing a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market expansion. This role will focus on managing key accounts, establishing new business relationships, and delivering exceptional service directly to retail locations, vape shops, and other outlets through a mobile sales approach.

The Field Sales Representative adhere to and advance the Eagle Spirits mission and vision while embodying our core values and core competencies. They are responsible for ensuring and assisting each function of the sales department is met with expectations and standards.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for cannabinoid products through mobile sales channels.
  • Prospect, pitch, and onboard new retail accounts and dispensaries to expand our product distribution network.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing accounts, providing personalized service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings, and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Utilize RAS tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate sales reports for management review.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote our cannabinoid product portfolio and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and uses of our hemp-based products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels within assigned route; maintain company assets and point of sale. Ensure account meets merchandising standards, determine customer product needs, and place accurate orders.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory, including weekly inventory audits, to ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely replenishment of stock.
  • Manage accounts payable processes related to product distribution and vendor relations, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Utilize fintech and online payment systems to streamline transactions and provide customers with secure and efficient payment options.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of products to accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service.
  • Execute pedal sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with smaller and boutique accounts.
  • Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet goals to increase market share, space allocation and customer service.
  • Ensure maximum brand visibility and marketability within accounts by utilizing effective display position and current point of sale materials when appropriate.
  • Communicate and follow through on issues deemed important to management, our customers, and suppliers. Ensure all required documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals and achieving marketing and merchandising objectives.
  • Responsible for updating and communicating account maintenance to Hemp Supplier Manager (i.e., closings, openings, changes of contact).
  • Review historical sales and establish forecasts.
  • Participate in the sales & production process — specifically forecasting sales and replenishing inventory.
  • Execute new product launches.
  • Provide feedback to Hemp Supplier Manager on market issues: opportunities, changes, distributor issues and competitive activity.
  • Regularly utilize internal tools such as Encompass to review work and communicate business updates.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabinoid products, and related industry regulations.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabinoid industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients, conduct sales visits, and attend industry events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, organized and manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Available and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Must pass a motor vehicle report and meet insurance liability requirements.
  • Reliable personal transportation.
  • Program and budget development, implementation, management and strategic decision-making experience, highly preferred.
  • This position may require you to move and rotate various parts of your body including but not limited to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, speak and hear.
  • Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products and fulfill all physical requirements of the job.
