Position Overview:

The Diagnostic Technician will be responsible for accurately diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues across a wide range of vehicles. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fixing vehicles right the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostic testing on electrical and mechanical vehicle systems.
• Identify root causes of drivability issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools, scanners, and software.
• Perform test drives and verify completed repairs.
• Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to communicate findings.
• Maintain accurate repair and diagnostic records.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and training.

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician (diagnostic experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems including electrical, engine management, and emissions.
• Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic software, and electrical testing equipment.
• ASE Certifications (A6 Electrical/Electronic Systems, AB Engine Performance) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
