Special Requirements: Possession and continued maintenance of a California Class “C” Driver’s license is required.

This current opening is to fill a Limited Term position, which is expected to serve a two-year term from the date of hire. The initial employment term of any limited term employee is two years, with a possible one-year extension by the City Council, for a potential term of three years. This position is contingent upon the Council's final approval of the budget in June.

- Candidates for this position are required to pass a background investigation in accordance with applicable law, regulation and/or policy. During the background investigation candidates are required to complete and submit a California Personal History Statement (POST Form 2-255 Rev. 02/2013). The information that you provide in the Personal History Statement will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for this position, in accordance with POST Commission Regulation 1953.
