SAFETY SECURITY OFFICER at KidsPeace Childrens Hospital – Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

The security officer provides safety and security for KidsPeace personnel, property, clients, patients, and visitors. Acts to prevent theft, fire, vandalism, illegal entry and personal damage.

Competencies:

High School Graduate or equivalent required.

Prior Safety Security experience with work record in an Institutional Program, preferred.

Minimum of an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or other applicable field preferred.

Familiarity with FMS computer management System preferred.

Required to hold and maintain a valid driver's license in state of work location.

Bilingual preferred.

Must pass a Criminal History Record Clearance & a Child Abuse History Clearance which are processed by KidsPeace as well as possess a valid driver's license.

Must pass a Physical & Drug screening & possess the ability to attend & successfully complete all KidsPeace sponsored training. EOE
