Job Title: Dishwasher

Supervisor: BOH Manager/Chef

Location: Fort Worth, TX

General Responsibilities:

Reata dishwashers must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen. They are organized, efficient and provide clean and safe dishes and small wares for restaurant operations.

Specific Duties:

1. Report to work as scheduled, on time, and dressed in proper uniform.
2. Able to safely operate a commercial dish machine
3. Safely use chemical for cleaning and sanitizing
4. Able to re-stock and move effortlessly between active cook lines
5. Cleaning and organizing duties are completed accurately and on time
6. Minimum food prep requirements
7. Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guests safety.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old.

Must have strong work ethic and reliability

Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift and carry 50lbs as needed with assistance.

Continuous use of hand and arms.

Continuous standing, walking, climbing, reaching and twisting.
