The Virtual Branch Consultant I position is responsible for the digital onboarding of new members and serves as the primary sales acquisition channel for The Police Credit Union. They will perform a variety of member service and sales functions as part of the Virtual Branch while utilizing multiple digital channels (Live Chat, Video Banking, Phone, etc.). Delivers exceptional member service virtually and provides support to the Credit Union’s Virtual Branch. Supports department objectives through direct member interactions and adhering to quality standards.
