Position Overview:

As a Primary Care Providerwith CareMedica, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate is a certified Primary Care Provider with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and a commitment to fostering positive patient and provider relationships.

Key Responibilites:

· Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments.

· Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries.

· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

· Promote preventive healthcare measures, and wellness initiatives.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals.

· Maintain accurate and up to date patient medical records.

Qualifications:

· Medical degree from an accredited medical school.

· Physician Assistants must have a NCPPA Certification

· Nurse Practitioners must have a AANPCB Certification

· Valid non restricted medical licensure from the State of Connecticut.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Dedication in providing compassionate, and comprehensive care.

· Commitment to staying current with medical advancements and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Base Salary range of 118k-125k

· Malpractice Coverage

· Licensure Reimbursement
