Location: Madison, AL

Schedule: Overnight Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

POSITION OVERVIEW

Trident Security Solutions is seeking dependable and professional Security Guards to provide security services at an industrial plant in Madison, AL. This position is ideal for individuals who are observant, reliable, and comfortable working in an industrial environment while maintaining a strong security presence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to respond appropriately to security concerns while helping maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine patrols of the facility's exterior areas, including checking doors, gates, and designated access points.
• Monitor the property for safety hazards, suspicious activity, unauthorized entry, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor and assist with employee, contractor, and visitor access to the facility.
• Provide clear directions and professional assistance to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, including providing CPR/AED assistance when trained and necessary.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned security equipment and report any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Follow all site-specific security procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Guard Card is preferred but not required at the time of application.
• Applicants without a current Guard Card must be eligible to obtain one as a condition of employment.
• Candidates offered employment who do not currently hold a Guard Card will be responsible for completing the required application paperwork and paying the initial licensing fees. Eligible employees may receive reimbursement for these expenses in accordance with company policy.
• Must be able to work overnight rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be capable of prolonged standing, walking, and performing patrols indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Must be able to remain calm and respond appropriately in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Must have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
