Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Barista. In this role, you'll prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, smoothies, ice cream, and gelato while creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

Whether you're crafting the perfect latte, blending a refreshing smoothie, serving a scoop of gelato, or greeting members with a smile, you'll play an important role in delivering the high level of service Green Bay Country Club is known for.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, smoothies, ice cream, and gelato according to established recipes and standards
• Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional service
• Take beverage and dessert orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive member experience
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, freezers, and other beverage equipment safely and properly
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming work areas
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Process payments accurately when applicable
• Support other Food & Beverage team members as needed
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for members and guests

Qualifications:

• Previous barista, coffee shop, food service, or beverage service experience preferred, but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and service oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the work area as needed.
• Ability to operate coffee machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, such as milk and supplies.
• Moderate to high noise levels during busy service periods.
• Frequent interaction with members and guests.
