Job Title: Visual ERP Technical Upgrade Consultant

As a Senior VISUAL ERP Technical Upgrade Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing technical upgrades of the VISUAL ERP system for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop upgrade strategies, and ensure seamless transitions to the latest versions of VISUAL ERP. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our clients' operational efficiency and achieving their business goals.

Lead technical upgrade projects for VISUAL ERP, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Assess client environments, identify upgrade requirements, and develop detailed upgrade plans.

Perform system analysis, configuration, and testing to ensure compatibility and functionality of upgrades.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any issues or concerns.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the upgrade process.

Provide training and support to clients to ensure smooth adoption of the upgraded system.

Stay up-to-date with the latest VISUAL ERP releases, features, and industry best practices.

Document upgrade processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience working with VISUAL ERP, including technical upgrade projects.

Strong understanding of VISUAL ERP architecture, modules, and functionalities.

Proven experience in leading ERP upgrade projects from planning to execution.

Proficiency in database management, SQL, and scripting languages.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant certifications in VISUAL ERP or related technologies are a plus.

Ability to travel to customer locations as required
