WM Synergy is seeking an ERP Consultant to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As a Service Desk Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing and assigning customer support tickets to our Professional Service Team, you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge base of integrated software and its impact on manufacturing companies.

This is mostly a remote position, but occasional customer travel may be required.

Review daily Service Desk Tickets.

Assign Service Desk Tickets to our professional service team.

Working hands-on with the customers to resolve software issues.

Provide suggestions that will enhance our services to our customer.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of both financial and operations side of manufacturing day-to-day business.

Experience using manufacturing integrated software.

5 plus years using an ERP Manufacturing Software.

Good communication and writing skills.

Minimum of 3 years experience using Infor Visual ERP Software.

o Must be fluent in the Quote to Cash process.

o Full understanding of ERP and MRP algorithms.

o Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain: Inventory, Shipping/Receiving. Manufacturing, Customer Order Entry and Purchasing.

o Understanding of costing methods.

o Integrated software experience.

o Basic technical understanding: Security, Report Modifications.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent.

Strong written and verbal communications.

Self-starter.
