• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical issues on our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform DOT inspections and routine service to catch problems before they cause downtime.

• The Heavy Systems: Repair air brake systems, transmissions, clutches, suspensions, and exhaust systems.

• The Shop: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document your repairs accurately.

• Collaboration: Work with our operations team to prioritize which machines need to get back in the dirt first.

• The Experience: 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (Experience with heavy construction equipment/hydraulics is a major plus).

• The Knowledge: Strong understanding of diesel engines, electrical diagnostics, and air brake systems.

• The Skills: Ability to diagnose issues efficiently. (Welding/Fabrication skills are preferred, but not required).

• The License: Valid Drivers License required. (A CDL Class A or B is a huge bonus, but not mandatory).

• The Attitude: You are reliable, safety-focused, and willing to get your hands dirty in both the shop and the yard.

• $30.00 $36.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
