This role reports into Glue Dots International, an Ellsworth Corporation company located in Germantown, WI. This role works an in-office/hybrid work schedule in our Germantown facility

You will assist with distributor and retail buyer relationships for the Consumer products division of a Business Unit while driving performance across both retail and e‑commerce channels. This role blends customer engagement, data analysis, and product management—supporting sales activities, optimizing e‑commerce strategies, and providing key Voice of Customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Maintains distributor and retail buyer relationships by participating in various sales functions, such as customer presentations, trade shows and other industry events
- Collaborates internally and with third-party partners on E-commerce optimization
- Analyzes market and sales data to provide Voice of Customer information internally
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Partner with accounting to resolve chargebacks, disputes and outstanding balances
- Assists new product development efforts for Consumer products of a Business Unit by testing products, obtaining feedback from Focus groups or creative makers and by doing research on current trends and demographics

Qualifications
5 - 7 years of related professional experience
Bachelor’s degree (college or technical) in a related field of study
- Basic computer skills: MS Office Suite, Internet, email, retail portals, E-Commerce platforms and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to independently problem-solve and apply critical thinking
- Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information to make optimal decisions
- Travel- minimal; occasional travel for trade shows or partner meetings
