The successful candidate will be responsible for floor installation, building and placing fixtures, and setting up each location to ensure our Stampede locations are ready for the big show. This role is driven by sales goals and personal productivity, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate can multitask with a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team to ensure every customer receives the “Lammle’s Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure

• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks

• Install and assemble structures and fixtures

• Load and unload construction materials

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift heavy stuff

• Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor

• Should have physical stamina, a strong work ethic.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ensure stock is customer facing during set up

• Ability to lift and pack merchandise

• Arrange merchandise and keep shelves filled

• Communicate inventory opportunity to restock

• Pack and unpack merchandise

• Search the stockroom for merchandise as needed

• Greet and welcome customers entering our locations

• Determine the customer's needs

• Strong personal skills and able to communicate with co-workers and customers

• Answer any customer questions to help them make informed purchasing decisions

• Direct customers to the merchandise they’re looking for

• Process customer payments t the register

• Clean and stock the sales floor

• Problem solves effectively

Who you are:

• Experience in operating drills, hammers etc. (asset)

• Has ability to work independently

• Can working in fast-paced environment

• Can work with little direction

• Flexible working independently or with team

• Enjoys working in fast-paced environment

• Has ability to work independently

• Is Punctual

• Has retail experience (Preferred)

Schedule: seasonal

Shift:

• 8-hour shift

• Day shift

• Evening shift

• Weekend availability
