SUMMARY: The Deputy Chief of Staff serves as a trusted partner to the Global Chief of Staff, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support to ensure executive priorities and company initiatives are executed effectively. Reporting directly to the Global Chief of Staff, this role helps drive cross-functional alignment, manages high-priority projects (e.g., identifying and supporting Four Loko growth opportunities, supporting launch plan development for new brands), and ensures seamless coordination between executive leadership and the broader organization.
This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional judgment, operational rigor, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Deputy Chief of Staff is a proactive problem solver with strong executive presence and communication skills. This individual plays a critical role in translating strategy into action, advancing key initiatives, and supporting both short-term execution and long-term organizational effectiveness.
COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 per year.
The range listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus awards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support the execution of executive priorities and company strategic plans.
- Support the Chief of Staff, CEOs, COO, and executive leadership team in advancing key initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications across teams, escalating risks or delays.
- Assist in managing executive workflows, including preparation for meetings, follow-ups, and tracking action items.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, briefings, and updates.
- Analyze data, market trends, and operational performance to provide insights that inform decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and departments to ensure effective communication, coordination, and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support scalable operations.
- Support organizational change initiatives by coordinating communications, tracking progress, and mitigating implementation challenges.
- Help develop and maintain systems, processes, and tools that drive operational excellence across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business strategy, executive operations, communications, policy, investment, or a related field; CPG experience preferred.
- Strong execution mindset with demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
