We are currently seeking a Business Development Administrator to support our Outside Sales Team at our Greensboro, NC headquarters. This role plays a critical part in ensuring structure, consistency, and adherence to established processes across the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of precision, organization, and accountability to their work.
Success in this position is defined by accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to keep a dynamic sales team aligned, informed, and operating efficiently.
- Support sales leadership by reinforcing process adherence and maintaining departmental standards
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Track, input, and reconcile data related to discoveries, sales outcomes, and client information
- Generate and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making
- Coordinate follow-ups on action items, missing data, and post-sale documentation across teams
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales outcomes, including Go, NoGo, and No Sale statuses
- Monitor data integrity and proactively identify discrepancies or gaps within reporting systems
- Act as a central point of coordination between sales, leadership, and internal teams
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in a professional role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional role, preferably in a sales or operations environment
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience in reporting through Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Experience with Adobe Pro and ClickUp (Canva experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and organization
- Proactive and action-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Assertive yet diplomatic communicator who can manage cross-functional relationships
- Technically proficient and comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly
- Analytical thinker capable of interpreting data and identifying trends or discrepancies
- Highly organized multitasker who can balance detailed execution with strategic awareness
