Social Worker-PRN provides clinical social work services to patients/residents and families, regarding the following common problems: adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, difficulty understanding/accepting medical/diagnoses/procedures/treatments, changes relating to aging, powerlessness, discharge planning and counseling related to death and dying.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in Social Work
• 1-3 years experience
• Licensed Bachelor Social Worker - BSW - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
• LBSW, LMSW or LCSW
