Laboratory Suupervisor at Holzer Health System – Bidwell, Ohio

The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible to the Laboratory Manager for selected personnel management aspects and all technical components of the laboratory. The Supervisor is also responsible for selected operational and business aspects of the laboratory system-wide. The Lab Supervisor supervises the Section Heads, MT’s, MLT’s, Clinic Phlebotomists, and Lab Receptionists.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

• Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Science (Supervisor I), or

• Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Science (Supervisor II), and

• 5 years’ experience working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).

• Experience as a laboratory section lead preferred
