KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Experience Champions: Welcome every guest and coworker with enthusiasm, ensuring everyone feels valued and appreciated.
- Look the Part, Play the Part: Maintain excellent attendance, grooming, and uniform standards to represent the team professionally.
- Queen Mary Knowledge Specialist & Tour Script Presenter: Share up-to-date insights about the Queen Mary and confidently present engaging tour scripts to guests.
- Attraction Operations Expert & Crew Collaborator: Open and close attraction areas, provide accurate information, assist teammates, and respond to guest inquiries with clarity and warmth.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills
- Previous experience as a tour guide or attractions host with a passion for the Queen Marys history
- Strong ability to learn and retain historical and technical information
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
