  • Salary/Pay Rate: $105,000 to $125,000 per year plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.

  • Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN (Travel Projects with per diem).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.

  • Project Scope: Construction Management (Commercial, Industrial, and Government/Federal).

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a high-impact leader at BCMI, overseeing complex construction projects from conceptual development through final implementation. This role offers the autonomy to manage multi-million dollar budgets while collaborating with a long-tenured team that values a supportive, family-oriented culture.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct all phases of project startup, including permit submissions, letters of intent, and contract executions to ensure a seamless transition to the field.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules and weekly outlook reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.

  • Execute strict cost-control measures and budget maintenance to ensure every project remains financially viable and profitable.

  • Coordinate change order processing by soliciting competitive pricing and presenting strategic solutions to project owners.

  • Lead progress meetings with subcontractors, architects, and clients to resolve technical conflicts and maintain alignment on project goals.

  • Evaluate construction methods and site safety audits to mitigate risks, prevent delays, and ensure the highest quality of workmanship.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

  • Proven expertise in managing budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting for large-scale builds.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, including superintendents and project coordinators.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore (or equivalent), and Microsoft Project (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting complex specifications for commercial or local government projects.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Associates Degree or higher in Construction Management or a related technical field.

  • Experience navigating the specific regulatory and reporting requirements of government contracts.

  • Advanced proficiency in construction scheduling software and project management tech suites.

  • Proficiency with Blue Beam.
