As an Assistant Project Manager at GreenArrow, you’ll lead diverse infrastructure and electrical construction projects from planning to delivery. This position blends strategic leadership, hands-on coordination, and client partnership to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence. How You’ll Make An Impact

• You’ll lead project execution end-to-end—scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety—coordinating internal crews, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. Works directly with the project managers to help implement project goals.
• Assigns duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed.
• Oversees multiple aspects of projects and provides direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
• Reviews, approves and manages submittals.
• Works with project leads to maintain project schedule and efficacy.
• Reviews project implementation and gathers data on project execution.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
• Tracks and reports on project progress.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Electrical experience
• At least three years of related experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project.
• Excellent Excel skills required, with proficient experience in Microsoft Office, and bidding software.
