We’re looking for a Software Developer who is driven to create practical, reliable, and scalable solutions that support the people we serve.
This is a fully onsite role in San Antonio, Texas, working closely with ministry and operational teams to deliver solutions that matter.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and support web applications using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server
Build and maintain front-end applications using tools such as Blazor, Razor Pages, and ASP.NET MVC
Develop and support APIs, integrations, and data-access layers
Contribute to cloud-based solutions (Azure preferred)
Apply secure coding practices and build reliable, maintainable solutions
Collaborate with ministry and operational teams to deliver effective technical solutions
Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing system improvements
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of software development experience in a Microsoft-based environment
Strong experience with C# and modern .NET
Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development
Experience working with APIs and relational databases
Experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
A mindset of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
