MANAGER at GOT HUMMUS LLC – Cincinnati, Ohio

We are looking to fill two management positions for this location. The first is our full time salaried GENERAL MANAGER position and the second is a more flexible management position. This one could be anything from a shift manager up to a possible ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER POSITION in the future. See details for each below.

General Manager: This position comes with a salary for 40-45 hours a week. Salary will range from $50,000 and up depending on experience and qualifications. Has options for PTO, vacation, and insurance. We're looking for someone with EXPERIENCE being a general manager. Must be reliable, responsible, able to lead a team and communicate effectively. Must have a high standard for excellent customer service, food quality and providing a safe and fun place for our staff to be! We have a very close-knit family with many employees and managers who have worked for us for MANY YEARS some even over a decade. So it's important that we find the right fit for this position. Duties are that of a normal GM (scheduling, orders, training, sales etc) We have a very in-depth training program and you will be set up for success.

Second position: This position is flexible. Could be part time or full time. Full time managers (35+ hours are also eligible for vacation etc when they meet the threshold). We have multiple levels of MANAGEMENT POSITIONS available. From Entry Level -Team Lead ($15 - cannot open or close) to Shift Manager ($17-18- can open and close) to Assistant Manager (more responsibilities and full time ($19-20) Assistant GM ($21+ depending on experience). These types of positions assist the GM in the daily running of the store.

ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES (30+ HOURS) are eligible for our insurance offerings (dental and vision and health).

We have great hours of operation so no early mornings or late nights as we close at 9PM every night. We also close on many major holidays. Our pay is weekly and we offer direct deposit and employee access to all payroll and scheduling programs.
