Store Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada at Nellis Auction New Jersey LLC

As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of products from our storage areas to our sales floor. You will assist in unloading deliveries, sorting and pricing inventory, stocking bins, facilitating sales at our registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role requires outstanding customer service, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team.

Responsibilities:

Receive and Unload Shipments: Unload incoming trucks, verify product counts, and inspect merchandise for damage.

Stocking and Restocking Bins: Continuously restock bins and displays on the sales floor to ensure a well-stocked, organized shopping environment.

Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse and sales areas clean and organized, including breaking down boxes, organizing bins, disposing of waste, and sweeping as necessary.

Customer Assistance: Assist customers on the sales floor, answering questions, locating items or loading high piece count purchases into customer vehicles.

Follow Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with store policies, especially health and safety guidelines.

Schedule: Monday -Thursday 8:00 am - 6:30 PM

Customer Service: Ability to assist customers with urgency and a positive attitude.

Experience: Previous warehouse, retail, or inventory experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and bend for up to 10 hours.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; basic math and counting skills.

Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential for success in this role.

Team Player: Able to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude under busy conditions.
