As we grow, we are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Manager, Product Operations & Sourcing to oversee product launches, supplier partnerships, inventory strategy, and operational process improvements across the business.

Location: HQ, SoHo (In-Office)

Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually

Position Overview

The Manager, Product Operations & Sourcing will play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of products and operational supplies across the organization. This individual will lead sourcing initiatives, oversee inventory planning and forecasting, support new product and treatment launches, and drive efficiencies across purchasing and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational execution with strategic thinking and is comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, finance, spa operations, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Product Operations & Launch Management

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new product and operational launches from concept through implementation
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Spa Leadership, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless rollouts
  • Manage product timelines, documentation, specifications, and launch deliverables
  • Support lifecycle management for retail, treatment, and operational products across all locations
  • Monitor launch performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement

Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance quality, cost efficiency, and operational needs
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new vendors and supplier partners
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term business growth
  • Monitor vendor performance, pricing, lead times, and service standards
  • Partner with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining brand and quality expectations

Inventory Planning & Operational Support

  • Oversee inventory forecasting, purchasing, and replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Analyze inventory trends and operational data to support informed purchasing decisions
  • Improve inventory accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiencies across locations
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to align inventory strategy with business demand and budgeting goals
  • Support the implementation and optimization of inventory systems, tools, and reporting processes

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational scalability
  • Develop SOPs, reporting structures, and tracking systems to support organizational growth
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and vendor requirements
  • Help build operational infrastructure that supports an elevated luxury guest experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, sourcing, inventory management, supply chain, or related operational roles
  • Experience managing vendors, supplier relationships, and purchasing processes
  • Proven ability to oversee product launches, operational projects, or lifecycle management initiatives
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience using inventory management or ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Experience within luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus
