Dietary Aide-Non Union-SHB- PRN (AS NEEDED) at LifeBridge Health – Baltimore, Maryland

PRN POSITION (AS NEEDED)

Summary: Performs a variety of routine manual tasks in the Food and Nutrition department regarding the patient tray line, nourishment area, kosher kitchen, sanitation, and/or retail functions. Duties performed will vary depending on the specific area assigned.

Responsibilities: Employee takes responsibility for the set-up of a Dietary Service area. Service is set up with all the needed items for service, including but not limited to all food and menu items, utensils, paperwork, cleaning supplies, paper goods and other service ware. The service area is set up neatly and in compliance with all regulations and recommendations for food safety and storage. The service area is set up on time to meet the service requirements of customers and of the Dietary Supervisors and Managers.
