Position Description:

We’re seeking an IT Asset & Procurement Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets—from procurement and deployment to tracking, compliance, and disposal. In this role, you’ll ensure technology resources are efficiently managed, accurately documented, and aligned with organizational standards while supporting projects and vendor coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and documentation of all IT equipment and assets across the organization.
  • Process IT equipment and software requests in alignment with established policies and workflows.
  • Manage and update service tickets, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of requests and incidents.
  • Support planning and execution of IT deployments and technology-related projects.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and prepare reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Assist with software licensing management to ensure compliance and optimal usage.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate procurement and asset delivery.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge resources to improve consistency and team effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements related to asset management, procurement, and inventory systems.
  • Travel up to 15% to support on-site deployments, audits, and coordination efforts.

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • Three (3) years of experience in inventory management or IT procurement (required)
  • Familiarity with IT asset management frameworks such as ITIL or ISO 19770 (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, and vendor ecosystems (preferred)
