Job Description
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as an Accountant. The core focus of this role will handle Accounts Payable, Expense Checks, Credit Card Reconciliation, Cash Flow and Banking Management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accounts Payable
· Credit Card Reconciliation
· Financial Record Keeping
· Data Entry & Documentation
· Prepare journal entries
· Prepare financial statements
· Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
· Assist with month-end and year-end close
· Maintain financial records and spreadsheets (often using Microsoft Excel)
· Help prepare financial statements
· Support audits and tax filings
· Work with accounting systems ERP systems
· Support Compliance
· Compliance & Accuracy
· Audit Support

Requirements:- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in accounting or a related role is preferred but not always required.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
- Familiarity with accounting software and fiscal management tools.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
