Outpatient Therapist (LICSW/LPC)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Call | No Weekends

Position Overview
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a licensed outpatient therapist (LICSW or LPC) to join our growing team in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a full-time, weekday-only role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a supportive, clinician-friendly environment.
This role also includes conducting initial intake evaluations (CPT 90791) for new patients, serving as a key entry point into care. You’ll work with a diverse outpatient population, collaborating with psychiatry and midlevel providers while maintaining autonomy in your clinical practice.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday (no evenings required unless preferred)
- No call, no weekends
- Competitive base salary + productivity bonus structure

- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake evaluations (CPT 90791)
- Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
- Clinician-first model with strong administrative support
- Streamlined workflows and modern EHR
- Established referral base and consistent patient volume
- Focus on quality care over quotas

Requirements:- Active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama
- Master’s degree from an accredited program
- Experience with diagnostic assessments and outpatient therapy
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
