Ally Psychiatry

Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with strong expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including structured and manualized treatment approaches, to join our growing outpatient team.

• Full-time, outpatient setting (Monday–Friday)

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing CBT and other structured, evidence-based modalities
• Experience using Manualized CBT Highly Preferred
• Deliver manualized treatment protocols for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related disorders
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to support integrated patient care
• Participate in treatment planning and case consultations as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Alabama license as LPC or LCSW
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience with CBT, including manualized therapy approaches
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-focused care
