Location: Seaford, DE
Work Type: On-Site
Schedule: Full Time
Pay: $17.00- $19.00 hourly

Essential Job Functions:
- Help with plumbing, HVAC, drain cleaning, and other related in-home, service calls, and excavations.
- Deliver parts to technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Participate actively in all training exercises and morningmeetings..
- Help outon weekends occasionally.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse
- Place orders with vendors
- Count, receive, and put away material deliveries
- Run replenishments for truck stock bi-weekly
- Provide advancements on an ad hoc basis
- Maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free warehouse
- Perform transactions in WMS and troubleshoot as needed
- Stock new trucks with a pre-determined materials mix including small tools.
- Perform start-up, in-service, and exit inventories for trucks and quarterly for the warehouse
- Assist Fleet Supervisor with truck fleet needs
