Responsibilities
The technician assists in preparing, record keeping, and delivery of prescribed and OTC products. Technicians will assist in inventory control, OTC merchandising, breast pump rental, and all other activities necessary to running the KHN Pharmacy.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED
High school diploma or GED
Required Licenses
[Ohio, United States] Pharmacy Technician
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician
[Ohio, United States] Pharmacy Technician
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician
Minimum Work Experience
Retail pharmacy technician experience is preferred
Retail pharmacy technician experience is preferred
Required Skills
Ability to interact professionally with patients, medical staff, and third party payers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
Organizational skills
Must have the ability to work closely with the pharmacist.
Must have/acquire knowledge of pharmacy terminology and laws
