POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Training Manager & Content Developer drives manufacturing excellence, employee development, and job satisfaction through world class training. This role is the primary owner of training operations for the Atlanta site, ensuring employees receive the skills and knowledge needed to perform safely and effectively. The role also supports other Web Industries sites as needed. In addition, this position serves a companywide function by developing high quality operator training content used across multiple sites, drawing on internal experts, external technologies, and industry best practices to strengthen manufacturing capability across the organization.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Oversee training planning, scheduling, execution, and compliance tracking.
• Measure training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Communicate training program updates, requirements, and progress.
• Lead and continuously improve the site’s manufacturing training program.
• Use site feedback to improve training processes and materials.
• Perform or support onboarding activities including safety, orientation, and operator basics.
• Ensure recurring and refresher training is delivered and documented.
• Maintain site training documentation and training records.
• Support operator qualification processes, including evaluation criteria.
Additional REQUIRED Qualifications/Skills:
Company Wide Content Development Responsibilities (corporate function)
• Work with stakeholders across all sites to identify training content gaps and prioritize development activities
• Gather content from engineers, lead operators, documentation, equipment manufacturers, industry associations, and other internal sources
• Incorporate content and best practices from third party experts in process technologies such as flexographic printing, extrusion, sewing, safety, and Lean
• Translate technical information into clear, operator ready training materials.
• Develop and maintain training content including videos, instructor-led materials, hybrid modules, and written content.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and relate to manufacturing processes and team members.
• Team player, willing to get involved in all aspects of the project.
• Travel requirements: Global; 5-10 days per month; 25% total estimated.

Safety Training Ownership
• Coordinate and track annual and recurring safety training requirements
• Maintain site safety training logs and documentation
• Develop corporate and site-specific safety training to be used across multipole sites
• Participate in safety audits and site safety teams
• Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives related to safety training
Qualifications
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience; training and learning development experience preferred
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments and technical systems
• Previous experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, advanced computer skills preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Collaborative, continuous improvement mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Education
Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
