About Routes Healthcare

Routes Healthcare is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider, operating for 17 years across

Northern England. We deliver home care to people in their own homes, not care homes. We employ our own care workers no agency staff. We support people requiring complex care for long-term health conditions, enhanced home care, and end-of-life care.

The Role

You will visit clients' homes to provide person-centred care and support. You may work alone or as part of a two-person team depending on client needs. Your responsibilities include:

Personal care and support delivered with dignity and respect

Medication management support

Meal preparation and nutrition support

Travel between client visits throughout your shift

Shift Patterns

Full-time and part-time hours available. Shifts run Monday to Sunday; weekend availability required. Shifts are allocated based on business needs and your availability. Once you commit to

a shift, you are expected to complete it reliably. Speak to the recruitment team about routes and shift patterns that suit you.

Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK (no employer sponsorship available)

Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work

Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care

Desirable

At least 3 months paid care experience in the UK
