About the Role
Eagle House is a 24 bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) serving families with children ages 6–12 with significant emotional and behavioral needs. As Clinical Manager, you will lead the clinical team and help create a safe, structured, and healing environment where children and families can grow and reconnect.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a clinical team, including:
- 1 Clinical Supervisor
- Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator
- 5 Clinicians
- 2 Family Support Specialists
- 1 Case Manager
- Interns
- Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and supervision directly to the Clinical Supervisor and Clinicians and indirectly to the remaining department members who report to the Clinical Supervisor.
- Oversee treatment planning to ensure high-quality, individualized care
- Support staff in crisis situations and day-to-day clinical decision-making
- Partner with the Program Director on:
- Program operations
- Staffing and scheduling
- Compliance and documentation
- Budget awareness
- Participate in the program’s Operational Leadership Team
- Build and maintain community and system partnerships
- Promote a family-centered, trauma-informed treatment environment
Experience and Skills
• Clinical master’s degree
• Licensed in Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Clinical Supervisory Experience Required
• Experience working with families and children preferred
• Skilled at managing changing demands in a fast-paced setting
