What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, safety, and functional independence
• Provide rehabilitation services at Eventide on Eighth and other Blue Stone Therapy partner communities throughout the Fargo/Moorhead area
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements
• Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Minnesota and/or North Dakota
