What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy focused on maximizing independence, safety, and daily function
- Address activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, adaptive equipment, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state licensure requirements
- Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in North Dakota
