WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR AT YAZDANI FAMILY DENTAL IN KANATA

Position Overview

The Patient Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience throughout the patient journey. This role combines front desk administration, patient communication, and service excellence to ensure every patient feels valued, informed, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Relations & Experience

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive, friendly office atmosphere
• Provide new patient tours
• Serve snacks and beverages
• Manage patient check-in efficiently
• Address patient questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
• Build strong relationships to enhance patient satisfaction and retention

Office Experience Enhancement

• Monitor and improve the overall patient journey from arrival to departure
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows
