The team at Studio Dental - Eaton Centre located in Toronto, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Treatment Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

SCHEDULE

• 35-40 hours per week
• Days of the week weekdays/weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
• 2 year of experience is required
• Experience with dental practice management software such as tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
