Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring clarity, comfort, and confidence in their care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients
• Coordinate and schedule treatments efficiently
• Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and payment plans
• Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments
• Liaise between dentists, hygienists, and administrative team
• Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience from consultation to completion
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous dental experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience with dental software (Tracker is an asset)
• Solid understanding of insurance billing and coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
