Full-time, benefited position that is 40 hours per week. Responsible for providing mental health services, including direct therapeutic treatment and maintaining appropriate documentation. Provision of services in a clinic and hospital setting. Facilitates discussion with providers and health care team to ensure patients and families have the resources needed for optimum outcomes.

*Must agree to 1 year commitment for sign on bonus

Qualifications: Licensed to practice in the state of Idaho under a degree such as LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LAMFT
