As we continue to grow, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent opportunity based on performance and business needs.
Position Overview
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective tenants. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting with daily administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in property management and contribute to a vibrant student housing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and prospective tenants with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing property-related activities.
- Handle tenant requests and complaints, and coordinate with property management team to ensure timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide information about the property, amenities, and leasing options to prospective tenants.
- Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional environment for all residents and visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in property management is a plus, but not required.
Schedule: This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your availability.
