Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team full-time in Woodlawn, MD. This position requires 5 days on-site work and is targeted toward professionals with deep experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and automation. The role is part of a long-term government project and demands strong technical problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Position:
Senior ServiceNow Developer (Full-Time, Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize scoped applications in ServiceNow

• Handle complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions

• Perform REST/SOAP integrations with external systems

• Design and implement workflows, UI elements, and business logic

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirement Qualifications:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience (including scoped/custom apps)

• 5+ years of experience with:

  • REST and SOAP integrations

  • Customizing UI (UI Actions, Policies, Pages, Business Rules, Scripts, Roles/Groups)

  • Designing ServiceNow workflows and process flows

• 3+ years of experience with:

  • Data import/export (data loads, transform maps, XML)

  • App Engine Studio and UI Builder

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance

• Business Continuity Management (BCM) micro-certification

• Experience with:

  • Agile development

  • System integrations (SOAP, REST, stored procedures, message queues)

  • Documenting process flows

• Professional growth within a collaborative team

• Federal client exposure

Additional Information:

• Onsite requirement: 5 days/week (No remote or hybrid options)
