Position: Customer Care Representative

Location: Remote (Work from Home Opportunity!)

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7 AM - 4 PM (Most Sundays Off!)

What You'll Do:

Assist with STORIS Software: Help manage sales and customer data through STORIS.

Support Our Stores: Provide assistance with minor technical issues and basic troubleshooting.

Customer Care: Resolve customer inquiries related to refunds, exchanges, delivery, and more—ensuring they have the best experience possible!

Delivery Collaboration: Work with our delivery team to exceed customer expectations.

Problem Solving: Handle warranty claims, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent customer service experience with a strong focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with STORIS is a plus!

• Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus but not required.

• Strong Attention to Detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
