Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) – Implant & Restorative Dentistry
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5 Days Per Week
Pay: Starting at $27 per hour, DOE

Are you an experienced Pennsylvania Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) looking to grow your career in advanced restorative implant dentistry? What You'll Do
- Perform Expanded Function Dental Assistant duties in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
- Assist with restorative implant procedures and full-arch (AOX) cases
- Place, contour, and finish restorations
- Take digital impressions, radiographs, and intraoral scans
- Support digital workflows and restorative treatment planning
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols
- Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania EFDA Certification (Required)
- Pennsylvania X-Ray Certification
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Restorative dentistry experience required
- Implant dentistry experience preferred
- Experience with digital workflows; iCAM experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional patient care
