Job Description

Analista de GTM Snior - Strategy & Operations (RevOps)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de GTM Sênior - Strategy & Operations (RevOps) based in Brazil.

This is a senior, strategic role within a cross-functional Revenue Operations environment, focused on improving the performance and predictability of the revenue organization.
You will work primarily across Sales and Pre-Sales while maintaining a broader view of the complete Go-to-Market journey.
Your analyses will help identify funnel challenges, operational risks, growth opportunities, and areas where data can unlock better decisions.
Beyond reporting, you will own initiatives from initial hypothesis and diagnosis through implementation, testing, and measurement of results.
You will collaborate closely with commercial leaders and teams responsible for processes, technology, and data infrastructure.
The role combines business analysis, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on project ownership.
It is an opportunity to influence how a growing revenue organization operates through actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities
  • Act as a performance reference for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channels, ensuring that business analysis leads to clear actions and measurable outcomes.

  • Diagnose funnel performance issues across conversion, productivity, sales cycle, source, and customer segment, partnering with Process and Tech Stack teams to address root causes.

  • Work with commercial leadership to define action plans based on business diagnostics and follow initiatives through implementation and impact measurement.

  • Proactively identify operational risks and growth opportunities through continuous analysis of commercial data, helping shape the management agenda rather than simply responding to requests.

  • Own commercial intelligence initiatives end-to-end, from developing and testing hypotheses through validation, including controlled experiments where appropriate.

  • Ensure consistency and governance of commercial data across CRM systems and analytical databases, establishing business rules and standards when structural inconsistencies are identified.

  • Serve as a direct analytical partner to Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel leaders during management routines, bringing independent analysis and clearly defending recommendations.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders to turn insights into operational improvements and measurable business results.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Intelligence, or a closely related analytical function.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly commercial data, reporting, and CRM analysis.

  • Experience working with data and analytics tools such as Metabase and Databricks.

  • Strong ability to navigate multiple data sources and transform complex information into practical, actionable business insights.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with commercial leadership, including coordinators, managers, or VP-level stakeholders.

  • Confidence presenting recommendations in management meetings and defending conclusions using clear business reasoning and evidence.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the connections between Pre-Sales, Sales, Channels, and the broader revenue journey.

  • Ability to identify how bottlenecks in one stage of the commercial funnel can affect performance across other stages.

  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in payments, banking, or fintech is a plus.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, even without formal people-management responsibility, is advantageous.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move initiatives from analysis through execution and measurement.

Benefits
  • Full-time CLT employment.

  • Fully remote work model, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil.

  • 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday.

  • Medical and dental insurance with no co-payment.

  • Life insurance.

  • Medication and physical activity allowances.

  • Financial, physical, and mental wellbeing support, including access to financial guidance and four monthly therapy or nutrition sessions.

  • Flexible food allowance through a Visa card.

  • Childcare support and parental assistance programs.

  • Extended maternity and paternity leave.

  • Training and professional development opportunities.

  • Education allowance covering 70% of eligible undergraduate, language, course, and book expenses.

  • Home office allowance, work equipment, and furniture support.

  • Access to coworking spaces across Brazil through a partner network.

  • Birthday day off.

  • Happy hour allowance.

  • Employee referral bonuses.

  • Annual goal-based bonus.

  • Stock options plan.

  • Flexible, informal work environment with no dress code.

  • Opportunities to collaborate with a distributed team and contribute to a technology-driven fintech environment.
