Position Overview:
As an Executive Loan Officer Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Executive Loan Officers in managing their client portfolios and ensuring a seamless loan process. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Executive Loan Officers with daily administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and organize loan application files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders to gather required information and provide updates on loan status.
• Track and manage loan progress, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of loan applications to identify missing information or potential issues.
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
• Assist with marketing efforts and client outreach as directed by Executive Loan Officers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the loan process.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the mortgage industry or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mortgage industry software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
