Take Your F&I Career Beyond the Traditional Dealership!!!
Asbury Automotive Group is looking for experienced, high-performing Remote Finance Manager to join our growing remote finance team.
This is an opportunity to take the skills that make you successful in a traditional dealership F&I office and apply them in a modern, technology-driven environment supporting customers and dealerships across Asbury Automotive Group.
As a Finance Manager – Remote, you will work directly with customers through secure video and digital platforms to complete the F&I portion of their vehicle purchase, present protection products, finalize financing, complete required documentation, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do

  • Review deal structure, lender approvals, and customer information prior to beginning the F&I process.
  • Present protection products in a transparent, compliant, and customer-focused manner.
  • Maximize F&I performance while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure each transaction meets Asbury, lender, manufacturer, state, and federal compliance requirements.
  • Partner closely with dealership Sales Managers, F&I Managers, sales teams, and leadership.
  • Maintain strong communication with the dealership throughout each transaction.
  • Manage transactions across multiple dealerships while providing a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, product penetration, and overall F&I performance.

  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with digital contracting, e-signature, menu, Tekion, and lender platforms.
  • The ability to manage multiple transactions and dealerships simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team-first mentality and the ability to partner effectively with dealership leadership.
  • The discipline and accountability required to perform at a high level while working remotely.

You are still responsible for creating value for the customer, maximizing every opportunity, maintaining compliance, and delivering strong results.
    Our focus is simple:
    Production. Compliance. Customer Experience.
We are looking for Finance Managers who can consistently deliver strong PVR and product performance while maintaining clean documentation, excellent compliance, and an outstanding experience for both the customer and the dealership.
